These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Conovio's website, applications, and services (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activities that occur under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or circumvent security.
• Do not upload content for which you lack the necessary rights or consent.

3. Customer Content

You retain ownership of content you upload ("Customer Content"). You grant Conovio a limited license to host, process, and analyze Customer Content solely to provide the Services.

4. AI-Generated Output

The Services generate analytical outputs using AI models. Outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before being relied upon for hiring or other consequential decisions.

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in your order.

6. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with at least the same degree of care it uses to protect its own, and not less than a reasonable standard of care.

7. Intellectual Property

Conovio and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all related intellectual property rights.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conovio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Conovio is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
