5. Security & Confidentiality

We maintain a SOC 2 Type II program with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), per-tenant data isolation with row-level security, SSO/MFA, least-privilege access controls, and immutable audit logs.
