Do I need a credit card to try Conovio?+
No. The "Try without credit card" plan lets you run a sample analysis and explore a real Conovio dossier with no billing details required. Upgrade to a paid plan only when you’re ready.
What counts as one analysis?+
One analysis is one Conovio Context™ dossier generated for a single candidate. Plan quotas reset every billing period (monthly or yearly).
Can I switch plans or cancel later?+
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your workspace billing. Plan changes are prorated automatically; cancellations keep access through the end of the paid period.
Do unused analyses roll over?+
No. Quotas reset at the start of each billing period. If you need more runs in a given month, you can buy a one-time add-on pack of 10 analyses without changing your plan.
Is my candidate and search data confidential?+
Yes. Conovio is built confidential-by-design with per-tenant data isolation, AES-256 encryption at rest, and TLS 1.2+ in transit. Candidate data is never used to train third-party AI models. See our Security & SOC 2 page for details.
How does billing work for Enterprise plans?+
Enterprise Team and Enterprise Scale include shared workspaces, additional seats, webhook delivery, and dedicated support. We can also invoice annually with PO and custom terms — contact us from your workspace settings.
What happens when I hit my plan limit?+
You can buy a 10-analysis add-on pack at any time, or upgrade your plan. Switching plans takes effect immediately and Stripe prorates the difference.
